To comply with PAGCOR requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), we collect copies of Philippine government-issued identification documents (such as UMID, PhilSys National ID, Passport, or Driver's License) and, where required, secondary supporting documents confirming address or income source.
2.4 Financial Data. We collect transaction data including deposit and withdrawal amounts, payment method identifiers (GCash number, PayMaya account, or bank account details — specifically BDO, BPI, or Metrobank), and transaction timestamps. We do not store full bank account credentials; payment data is tokenised through our payment processors.
